Movie director and actor, Kunle Afolayan has kept his word to emerge the first movie maker in Nigeria to premiere a movie in the sky, at 40,000 above ground level.
Kunle Afolayan, who revealed, months back that he would premiere his new movie in an unusual style aboard a flying airplane, has now done so on June 1.
He said at the time, “Coupled with the premier, there would be Red carpet at check in counter, cocktail party at the boarding gate into the plane. It’s an experience you don’t want to miss.”
The actor, producer and director set a new record by launching Nigeria’s first-ever in-flight movie premiere as he presented his new movie “The CEO”.
The much anticipated in-flight movie premiere had in attendance cast, crew and special guest who took a flight all the way from Lagos to Paris thereby setting the record as the first Nigeria movie premiere to achieve such.
In attendance were Nollywood stars and celebrities like Ramsey Nuoah, Linda Ejiofor, Adekunle Gold of YBNL, Adesua Etomi, OC Ukeje, Elma Godwin, Ayo Animashaun, Kemi Lala and many more.
